This certification framework is designed to ensure that investment assets are managed in accordance with strict halachic standards, including:

• Interest prohibition (Ribit) – Investments in Israeli companies that do not maintain a valid heter iska. Any entity receiving financing must operate under a halachically approved structure.
• Sabbath observance – Avoiding investments in companies that operate on Shabbat, or ensuring a clear distinction between weekday and Shabbat activities.
• Prohibition-based sectors – Exclusion of companies operating in industries that conflict with halachic guidelines, where profit is derived from non-compliant activities.

As of Adar 5779 (March 2019), Priori Investment House is officially recognized as a kosher investment portfolio manager, authorized under the supervision of the certification authority.
