Chairman, Priori

Founder and co-owner of Priori Investment House, with expertise in capital raising, investment management, and private equity.

He holds a B.A. from UCLA and an MBA from Yale University.

Ami has worked with leading financial institutions, pension funds, and insurance companies in Israel and internationally.

Avi Weiss

CEO, Priori

Avi is a portfolio manager specializing in research and analysis of investment opportunities across various markets.

He brings extensive experience in raising capital for real estate projects and managing investment funds for private clients.

Avi holds a B.A. in Economics, Computer Science, and Information Systems from Bar-Ilan University, and an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Strategy from Tel Aviv University.

He is a licensed Portfolio Manager (License No. 7357).

Moshe Klempner

Portfolio Manager

Moshe brings over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, with a strong focus on company analysis, portfolio management, and advisory services in the technology sector.

Between 2001–2008, he managed over $1 billion at Leumi Pia and Meitav. His funds were highly rated by “Maalot,” a mutual fund rating agency. Prior to that, Moshe served as an analyst and managed private accounts at Analyst I.M.S.

Before immigrating to Israel, he worked as an equity analyst at Fidelity.

He holds a B.A. in Finance (with honors) from City University of New York and a second degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Moshe is licensed in Pension Marketing and Portfolio Management.

Katya Richman

Client Relations Manager

Holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance.

Brings extensive experience working with clients, with a strong focus on service excellence and personalized support.

Michal Aniel

Head of Trading Desk

Licensed portfolio manager (License No. 13587).

Holds a B.A. in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance and Capital Markets.

Graduated with honors from the Hebrew University.

Michal brings extensive experience in client service and trading operations.

Ariel Gold

Portfolio Manager

Ariel holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yafo, and is a licensed Portfolio Manager with authorization from the Israel Securities Authority.

He brings extensive experience in portfolio management, analytics, and investment advisory.

Ariel specializes in tailored investment strategies for clients with a preference for U.S. markets, with a deep understanding of international market dynamics.

Asaf Hovav

Portfolio Manager

Asaf manages investment portfolios and is responsible for the company’s capital market operations.

He has extensive experience in the capital markets and real estate sectors.

He has been involved in raising capital for various real estate projects and has in-depth knowledge of both local and international markets (including the U.S., Europe, and emerging markets).

Previously, Asaf served as an investment manager at one of Israel’s leading banks.

He holds an MBA in Business Administration and is a licensed Portfolio Manager (License No. 11050).

Ran Hovav

Tax & Retirement Planning Specialist

Brings extensive experience and education in financial planning, taxation, and retirement strategies.

Provides personal advisory services on tax planning and retirement structuring for private clients and institutions.

Holds a degree in Finance and certifications in pension advisory and financial planning.

Licensed Pension Advisor and Portfolio Manager (License No. 11780).
